Dean recounts how their business quickly ramped up, initially managing three cleans per day. About 18 months into their journey, they brought Dean’s brother on board to expand their team. “Our growth has been so robust that we’ve had to pause accepting new clients to meet the demands of our loyal existing customers,” he explains. “Managing multiple bookings and schedules, especially during peak seasons, can be challenging but rewarding. Our steady growth has brought us to a stage where we operate three vans, enabling us to serve a broader customer base efficiently. Although I previously owned a business in Spain, transitioning into a franchise model and scaling into a multi-van operation required learning new management skills. Maintaining high standards is our top priority — delivering that ‘wow’ factor to every client is what drives us.”
Dean also plays a pivotal role as a mentor within the franchise network, training new franchisees. “I’ve trained around ten new starters so far, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to see their confidence flourish as they establish their own successful businesses,” he says with pride.
